Q: How will I be charged if I use your secure server, in Pounds or Dollars/Euro?
A: You will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling. Your card issuer will then automatically convert this into your currency for you. An approximate conversion is 1.50 Dollars to each £1.00: £10 = $18 or 1.30 Euro's to each £1: £10 = E13

Q. How can I be sure that the items I buy are authentic?
A. Whether you are a dedicated collector or intending to buy an item as a gift the most important factor in purchasing an autograph is, of course, ensuring its authenticity. One solution to this problem is to buy only from reputable dealers, like us who offer a lifetime guarantee, backed by years of experience and a credible reputation as well as holding dealer membership of the respected trade body AFTAL (Dealer Number #048)
Q: What is an “In Person” signing?
A: We arrange with many celebrities to visit them and watch while they sign our items for us. Where permitted, we take photographs. Thus ensuring authenticity beyond doubt. We always pay a fee for this and in some cases, this is donated to the charity of their choosing. When permitted we indicate which charity has benefited.
Q: Do you supply a Certificate of Authenticity?
A: We supply a Certificate of Authenticity or COA with every item sold. Most of our "In Person" signings actually come with a COA which SHOWS your item being signed, SHOWS the item you have purcahsed and has a small biography of the signatory! No flash holograms or meaningless reference numbers, just good solid undisputable proof! E-Mail us for a list of items that come with this.
Q: Are autographs good investments?
A: Our advice is always to buy something because you like it and have an interest in the subject. Many autographs do indeed appreciate in value and we do have a few items which we believe would make excellent investments but as a rule we would advise that you take care when buying purely as an investment. We are always available to give free advice on this subject.
Q: How soon after ordering will my item be despatched?
A: We aim to get items despatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order (Unless you have paid by cheque) you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. In some cases, items are actually despatched within hours of an order being received! We aim to turn all orders around very quickly indeed.
Q: Do you post worldwide?
A: Yes we do!
Q: Can I telephone my order directly should I prefer to?
A: Yes, please do call us Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 12pm and we will be happy to take your order.
Q: How secure are my credit card details and other sensitive information?
A: credit/debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted sessions.
Protx VSP, not us, hold sensitive information on their site.
Sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls. Additional security measures include a security key that is used to produce an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often used as digital signatures as they cannot be reversed to obtain the original information. They allow the receiver to validate that the information received is identical to that sent. The possibility of obtaining sensitive information from the Protx VSP database is minimised due to high levels of encryption; firewall security and the measures taken to ensure the information is indecipherable.
