UK - £3 Sterling Recorded Delivery (insured up to £28), or £6 Sterling Special Delivery Fully Insured

Europe and rest of World- £4 Sterling Airmail, or £9 Sterling Airsure which insures you for £30. Please add an extra £1 for amounts over £30

Fedex available at cost plus a small administration fee, please contact us for details.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by contacting us Tel: 01303 252052 UK office hours only, or by post. We will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UK Debit cards including Switch and Solo, UK Cheques or Postal Order. We cannot accept overseas cheques or International Money Orders due to three week clearance delay and very high conversion charges. Please note that UK cheques take 5 working days to clear. No items will be released prior to payment being made.

DELIVERY TIMES 

We do try to turn items around very quickly and most items are despatched within 2 days of receipt of order. Indeed some orders go out same day. You will receive an e-mail confirming despatch of your order.

ITEMS IN STOCK

We update this site regularly, occasionally the item that you want may have been sold. If this is the case Invicta Collectables will contact you as soon as your order is received.  

VALUATIONS & AUTHENTICATIONS

We have been asked by the general public many times over the last few years for help with authenticity problems, valuations for probate etc. We have always  offered this service to local auction houses, dealers etc, and have even been known to help out the odd collector now and again, but find that with the increasing interest in autograph collecting, and the proliferation of fake items available on the internet, it is no longer possible, or professionaly acceptable to offer this service without making some kind of charge.

If you have a large collection, and believe that you have it insured, then think again! Most insurance companies require independant evidence that the items were indeed what you say they were. Indeed, even if they should accept your word, you have probably undervalued them by a considerable margin anyway!

If you have just one item or a collection you require authenticated or apriased, please contact us on during UK office hours only, for details. Please note that our minimum charge is £25 however if an item proves to be a fake, then only a £5 handling charge is made. Postage costs both ways is to be met by the sender.
