B&W 8x10 photograph of a Lancaster bomber of 617 Squadron test dropping "Upkeep", the codename for the famous Bouncing bomb devised by Barnes Wallis and used to such great effect by 617 Squadron RAF. Signed by Squadron Leader George (johnny) Johnson DFM, who has added "Bomb aimer AJ-T, Sorpe Dam 16/17 May 1943" after his autograph. Obtained at a private signing held at the home of Sqn Ldr Johnson late last year.
