| Commemorative envelope, produced by ourselves in conjunction with the HMS Hood association, dedicated to this wonderful and much written about warship. With the RARE 85th anniversary of the launching of HMS Hood postmark, produced by the BFPO and only used by ourselves, this cover comes to you signed by Able Seaman Ted Briggs MBE, last living of the 3 survivors of the sinking of the Hood by the German battleship Bismarck. Comes with an insert written by Ted. Signed exclusively for us in the Summer of 2003. The stamp used on the cover is the naval gallantry stamp, numbers of which were limited. We do have others with less relevant stamps, this one is currently ONLY available on our website!
