We make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchases and service from us, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, please let us know as soon as possible.

AUTHENTICITY

All items sold by Invicta Collectables bear genuine signatures (unless otherwise stated). Invicta Collectables offer a lifetime guarantee of authenticity to the original purchaser on all items. A certificate of authenticity will be supplied with all items.

ITEMS IN STOCK

Invicta Collectables update this site regularly, occasionally the item that you want may have been sold. If this is the case Invicta Collectables will contact you as soon as your order is received.

RETURNS

In compliance with UK law & the European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/EC you have 7 days from receipt of your purchase to inform us if you feel that your purchase is not in accordance with the description of goods supplied on the web site. Upon receiving your returned item (in the same condition as it was at the time of sale) we will assess your claim fairly and take the appropriate action bearing in mind that your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. PAYMENT

Payment can be made online via PROTX or by contacting us Tel : 01233 646184 (UK office hours, 9am to 5pm) Fax: 01233 646184 or by post. We will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UK Debit cards including Switch and Solo, UK Cheques or Postal Order. We cannot accept overseas cheques or International Money Orders due to three week clearance delay and very high conversion charges. Please note that UK cheques take 5 working days to clear. No items will be released prior to payment being made.

DELIVERY

We do try to turn items around very quickly and most items are despatched within 2 days of receipt of order. Indeed some orders go out same day. You will receive an e-mail confirming despatch of your order.

OWNERSHIP

All goods remain in the ownership of Invicta Collectables until paid for in full.

DESCRIPTIONS

Invicta Collectables make every effort to accurately describe items for sale. If you are in any doubt whatsoever regarding a description, you should contact us and we will make every effort to clarify the situation.

It should be understood that many items are difficult to describe comprehensively. However, in the vast majority of cases a photograph will accompany the description, as will a key to describe the item as well as possible.

£2 Sterling Recorded Delivery (insured up to £28), or £5 Sterling Special Delivery Fully Insured

Europe and rest of World- £3 Sterling Airmail, or £9 Sterling Airsure which insures you for £30. Please add an extra £1 for amounts over £30
